Unique Boutique Donation Center and Store in New York is a solid pick for anyone serious about thrift shopping. This local spot stands apart from the city’s big chains by focusing on community-driven donations and a constantly changing selection of quality used clothing, furniture, and housewares. It’s the kind of place where you can spend an hour just browsing and end up with something unexpected but totally worthwhile.
The store’s vibe feels like stepping into a neighborhood friend’s carefully curated closet and living room. Clothing ranges from vintage denim and casual wear to more formal pieces, all well-maintained and sorted by size and style. Beyond clothes, Unique Boutique Donation Center and Store stocks a nice blend of furniture—think sturdy chairs, small tables, and shelves that have character—and housewares that run the gamut from kitchen tools to decorative items. Books are another solid category here, mostly secondhand paperbacks and a few hardcovers that reflect whatever donations have rolled in recently.

Unlike some larger thrift stores, you won’t feel overwhelmed by clutter or random piles. Instead, the store keeps things accessible and clean, encouraging a slow, thoughtful browse. Clean, organized, and well-maintained. I have found some gems here- cashmere, silk, and fancy brands! I can never leave empty-handed.
The perfect thrift store. Found an amazing embroidered Levi’s Jean jacket & dropped off a bag of donations.
A great neighborhood thrift shop, that has a decent selection of clothing and household goods items. They also accept donations of any smaller objects
Great place. My sister's and I were looking for interview clothes and found some beautiful sleek black pants from guess and a button down white top. There clothes are affordable (some thrift shops are pricey). The lowest priced item I saw was $5 t shirts and highest was $50 pink coat I bought from DKNY.
Well, for $120 my daughter and girlfriend got a black skirt, a pair of silver high heels, a fluffy red jacket, a sequined black party dress, and a red sport coat. They loved it. Like any other used clothing store you have to hunt and search.
