Note that this is a TINY boutique shop of the Goodwill chain, with no fitting room and a very limited selection of some clearly curated and somewhat higher priced items. It’s not your typical Goodwill store, so take note if that’s what you’re looking for. They DO take donations, though.

Out to lunch at 3PM!!! So much to say about how this is unacceptable. Why is there only 1 staff member? Lunch is also not at 3pm… people have been waiting since before 3 and there is now a pile of clothes in front of the door.

I was in the wrong for coming somewhere that considers itself a “goodwill boutique” but I stopped by out of curiosity… they have nothing in here but some $25 snow goggles. Honestly this place seems very sketch. This is indeed a goodwill that doesn’t seem up to any good.

Funny, the last review says they stop taking donations at 5:30, I lugged a big bag 15 blocks and was told by rude worker they stop taking donations at 545. Arrived at 5:43, door already locked. What are the actual hours and couldn't they get someone from the 3rd ave 88th st that closed to manage? They were more pleasant and professional.

DO NOT DONATE HERE! This location is a scam, I’m pretty sure they are stealing donations. They do not sell any good items. I myself have donated some mid-tier brands in great condition and they do not appear in the shop despite this being the “high end” boutique. This is the only Goodwill location that I’ve been to that is like this. When I donate elsewhere, I see my items on the racks. Never at this location.
