Updated. Today was great here. A bill class dress 32 dollars. A rick owens coat 178. Prices are good. Of course it's hit or miss and not all curated but it's a hell of alot of fun.
Very professional and productive guys are working there. Always great experience with sale and with buying.. Good stuff you can get. For example yesterday I bought almost new Christian Dior sneakers for 140$:)
Best sell and purchasing experience I had! Bence was super awesome, knowledgeable, paid attention to details and made the experience worthwhile. The go through your stuff with you present and price in then and there which is very quick and transparent. I brought a ton of stuff but only a few items made the cut because they did not fit in with the seasonal trend. They have a mood board I recommend checking out when you plan on selling. Right now (September 2024) it looks like they are interested in fall items but have a lot of pants. Compared to other thrift stores Buffalo seems to focus a lot on trends and less on your regular day to day wears. They do have a g great selection of high end item. Melissa at the front desk was also kind. The staff were all great and made a wholesome experience.
They need to learn to respect people and not violate their rights. Educate the security guard and your employees about the constitutional rights that people have in front of your establishment. Any employee or security guard who tries to disregard the law, that is, break the law, will be immediately fired. You have to fire them, because otherwise, your business will suffer and get a very bad reputation, and the worse your reputation, the fewer sales you'll have, believe me. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
Maybe you can find good items to buy here but it's a TOTAL waste of time to sell. They wanted to give me 7 bucks for a vintage 100% cashmere sweater with the tags attached (originally 200). They insulted my style (but should maybe hold a mirror up). They also just waded up my clothes and stuffed them back into the bag with no respect. Sell online, donate, give to friends, but don't waste your day coming here. It's a joke.
