Just great. Nice friendly staff, clean and tidy shop and loads of interesting items for sale. Thanks :)
This has got to be hands down the best charity shop in South East London. The staff here are so friendly and very accommodating. I find them to be very helpful, especially the manager. There are always bargains galore and more than often I’ve purchased brand new items at more than a fraction of a price I would find in any other of the charity shops on the same road (5 in total) or anywhere else. I no longer shop anywhere else for clothes ❤️
Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff and a wide variety of well laid out goods of superb quality with affordable prices to match. My weekly,...if not daily place of guilty pleasure to shop, have a laugh, share stories and have a go at the staff in a good way. Haha!
Today we Found a nice scarf and wanted to purchase but the lady who was at the counter was extremely rude trying to rush us and wanted us to move so she can serve "her customers " even though it was about a minute we spent trying trying pa,and also we were also customers unacceptable dont recommend going to purchase at this shop.
I was served today by two members of staff, the female member of staff was incredibly rude. She took payment without making it known that the items were non-refundable. I told her that It would help to let customers know this beforehand as some people can't afford to waste money without knowing their consumer rights. And the clothing may not even fit! She then told her colleague to refund me, saying that "she can't afford £2". Such rude ignorance. I wasn't offered a bag, the clothing items that I did buy weren't even folded. I folded them myself on the counter! This type of service does not belong anywhere, let alone a Charity Shop. Nothing about her demeanour was "Charitable"; just rude.
