It would help if they were a bit more cleaner. And had at least portable potties. It would only benefit the store. Also common courtesy announcements and signs to remind shoppers to be polite to others. Other then that a decent store. Cleanliness would be top priority 👌

Finally was able to go to this location, there were tons of spots because it was early afternoon on a weekday. Right off the bat a lovely gal gave me her cart in the parking lot, saw her back inside an hour later (reseller hayy!). I was short on time but scored 13 items for about $29. And some cute holiday craft paper. Definitely glad I brought gloves, next time I'll bring a mask...because rat poop is a thing at the very bottom of a lot of the bins. If this curses you out then the outlet is probably not the place for you .But thus is the nature of the bins. Lots of resellers are there, some guys had some choice words to say about the new stuff coming out but pretty respectful otherwise. I was limited on time but I'm glad I went, spent almost two hours. Workers at check out were really nice, and but really thanked me for putting my cart back inside. Costs nothing to be nice y'all! No restrooms. Hand sanitizer at the door.

I would rate the kent location first (cleanliness), then Tacoma, then Seattle. This Tacoma location had a lot of bins to look through compared to Kent. Other customers seem to be respectful… however this was my first time at this location and there was a mouse running around so i left early!! Given that, I would not recommend bringing kids and definitely should wear gloves.

Cashiers were friendly and some customers too! First time going to an outlet so I knew I was out of my league. Had heard stories but didn't know what to expect. When I arrived there was a line of people waiting to go in. By the time I found parking they were already in and no carts or baskets available. You can tell the resellers from those of us that are just looking to buy what we need or find interesting. Overall I spent $20 and just took my time. I did not like that they don't have a public restroom or even a makeshift changing room for clothes. Hopefully the dress is bought fits me! Also wish their return policy was more public.

Surprisingly bad selection of clothes. Better than Kent, but worse than Everett, and significantly worse than Seattle. Parking lot is built like a fortress for some reason. The perimeter fences are literally electrified
