Unfortunately it seems like I'm not the only one having issues with this Goodwill store. I had purchased an item from another Goodwill store a day after I paid for this item and it's already been delivery today. This is getting ridiculous they just basically give me a generic message when asking about why my item has not shipped. If you're using the Goodwill auction site and it shows the item is coming from this location avoided at all cost.

This Goodwill need to be investigated. They gives 0 concern for their customers. How is a industry that is supposed to be based off of and always asking for donations to give 0 concers. This is by far the worst Goodwill I have had the displeasure of doing buisness with. It needs to fire all their staff or retrain them and start a new. At least hire someone who genuinely cares about how your company looks.

I used to think that all of the Online Goodwills was the same until I won an online auction from this one.The item I bid on was a pair of size 12 brown Vans.The item I received was a pair of size 5 black Merrell shoes.The person that helped get my refund was very nice,I think someone stole my order.Never bidding on items from this location.

This Goodwill has 0 issues with knowingly selling you a counterfeit at full price of an authentic Item. I noticed some counterfeits that they had listing online, reached out to let them know, but they don't care. They went ahead with the listing and sold it to some poor customer. I will be applauding the class action lawsuit and Goodwill losing their non profit status.... when ever that finally happens. Especially after scamming people for profit.
