The incredible employees make this my favorite store. Their kindness and friendliness, combined with the store's exceptional cleanliness and organization, show how hard they work.
The audacity to not have a single restroom for paying customer is Ludacris. Any business conducting affairs should allow their paying customers a place to facilitate themselves
The cashier Justine was extremely hostile to me for no reason. I was with my friend who was ahead of me and who bought a bunch of stuff. Justine asked her for her phone number and was courteous to her. When it was my turn Justine did not acknowledge me, neither did she ask me to enter my phone number for discount or anything. When I asked her a question, she did not answer and I had to repeat my question. Mind you I have been coming to Goodwill for almost five years now. The customer experience has always been great for far. I never felt discriminated or mistreated. Today is Dec. 20 2025. I don't know if she was going through something personal or had hate against my race in particular that's why she decided to be mean to me. I felt bad 😔. My friend is also a POC but different race. Moreover, before this all the cashier's have been kind to me and very professional despite my race or their race..I hope I am wrong and maybe it's just she was tired or her boyfriend slept with someone who looked like me so she was mean to me..but if Justine the light skinned lady with glasses mistreats you please report to management. I only bought a Sony tape player and I was helping my friend put her stuff so maybe Justine was mad that I made her look bad or something cuz she was not doing her job. I just don't want anyone to experience this so reporting this. Matter of fact Goodwill is great and all the other caucasian staff has been very nice to me so shout-out to them for being amazing 🤩. Justine please don't be hostile to people. I hope you never treat anyone the way you treated me.
There are no changing rooms. You have to buy what you like and try out on at home. If it doesn't fit there's only a one week return policy, and returns go onto a gift card. This policy is a scam.
