Long-standing nonprofit chain with a range of pre-owned clothing, housewares & more.
It was very clean and organized. I like to go to GW to thrift shop and find some oddity. Today was a successful trip wife found clothes (as usual) and I found 2 star wars glasses.
I stopped in to Goodwill and was very happy to be waited on by Sean. When I told him that my purpose for buying bedsheets was to cover my neighbor's plants from the bug freeze coming our way, he commended me for helping my neighbor and shared with me that many were buying sheets for the same reason. Instead of just ringing me up and not acknowledging me as anyone of any significance, Sean took the time to show interest in me as an individual. As a retired teacher - not really a part of the young working people,, it meant a lot to me. I'm grateful for Sean's kindness and care.
Love this Goodwill, you never know what you will find!!!😊 Bought some glass bowls, oven safe, boots, sweaters, a wallet, and a bag!! Tuesday it's 50%off for senior citizens.
Despite closing early the day of my visit, the staff was so very kind and helpful in finding my beloved shawl I had lost in the area after shopping around. I am not only very grateful for their help, but the store itself has a very nice inventory of donated goods to buy from!!
Pretty big store and the have high energy music playing in thr background. It makes the experience a hell of a lot better. It is busy so try to come in early to avoid the crowds.
