I wanna say im so thankful for Michele for helping me everytime I step foot in the store! She's very bubbly, very happy, people person, & very helpful person! Yall need more employees like her! She made my day keep up the great work Michele! Your Amazing!
Amazing buy for some medical equipment, taking into consideration that the pharmaceutical companies have pumped up the pricing. Today was a well spent day buying for some patients that their insurance won't cover supplies. Visit was great.
This place is always nice to browse in! They have a lot of product and the aisles are nice and wide. The employees are always friendly and even though you have to wear a mask, its still always nice to come to a Goodwill to look at what other things people donate.
They got the most badass stuff going on in here lol 😭😭 I wish I could but this thing to big. Also they really need to upgrade their checkout area. 4 lanes? They need like 6 minimum now to keep up with their big sales and promos. All i had to do was daydream about picking up boxing again as I waited in line for ages 😭😭😭
Very very rude older employee named 'Debra.' This use to be our favorite Goodwill Store to buy items and to donate at up to a few days ago. I was shopping here at Potranco with my son and I noticed a young employee brought out a blue bin and left it in the main aisle. She was putting some items out so I decide to look in it. I found a small canister to put pencils or pens in so I decided to show it to my son. So I walked away and all of a sudden I heard someone yelling out loud behind me as I was halfway one of the aisles. I looked across and saw the younger employee across from me and she looked just as suprised as me. Then I looked behind me and noticed an older employee looking at me very mean and yelling loud again you can't get nothing from here until we put it out, then you can buy it. I felt like the whole world stood still for that minute because the customers around me just couldn't believe she was yelling at me like that. I was very upset and decided to approach her and ask her for her name and told her I was going to file a report on her for speaking to customers like that. All of my life I have never been yelled at like that, this is why I know I have to say something to upper Management and Directors that are not at this store. I also noticed another review someone left similar to mine a few months back. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Management and I'm 60 years old so I not no kid playing in the bins. I also noticed after she yelled at me a few minutes later anothe lady went up to a blue bin and looked inside and she didn't tell her nothing at all. I can only imagine how many more customers there are being treated like this. If it wasn't for us, the customers, Goodwill woudn't be Good.
