I had an excellent experience at my local Goodwill store! The store was well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide range of items. I found some great deals on clothing, furniture, and home decor. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted me as I entered, were attentive while I shopped, and offered assistance without being pushy. When I had questions about pricing or items, they were knowledgeable and more than happy to help. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and I left feeling great about my purchases. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I'll definitely be coming back
While I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for this store to open I started reading reviews. I was intrigued by one review that stated when they opened up you needed to run not walk because of the beautiful items that they have in this store. This review was really on point. I had my cart filled to the top. We are here in San Antonio visiting our baby daughter and grandson. We definitely will visit this store again
I would’ve given this place a 5 star but I was one of the last customers and Janie was not the nicest person working there she keep saying out loud that customers can here “do you understand we are already close” and she was not happy at all I get everyone has a bad day but don’t be saying hurtful words out loud very disrespectful as for Vivian she was really nice and sweet to me coming in at out of the store thank you Vivian for showing me there still some nice people still in this world.
Found some good stuff, plus they offer a 15% discount for military and and veterans.
Out of all the Goodwills I have been to, this one is the worst if you want to try anything on. I had to ring the doorbell 3 times only for no one to assist me at the dressing rooms. Then when a worker shows up to finally open. For someone else and I practically run over there to get help and they basically run away! They don’t like doing their job at this location that’s for sure! This happened to me twice. I do not recommend this location and would appreciate if a manager would reach out to me regarding this issue. As a customer you would think people would give you at least basic customer service.
