Always have interesting items. Most of the time it's reasonably priced.
Went to shop there yesterday and had an awful experience I tried to get them to open the fitting rooms for me but I got ignored then I wanted a purse and they took their sweet time helping me out I felt offended and ignored after trying to get their attention for a while I was finally helped but I won’t recommend that store definitely the worst customer service ever
Terrible. First, when I went there, I felt watched, and when I went up the registers, the cashier and assistant manager made me feel like an idiot for simply wanting to check out more items I had found on my way back from returning something, I wish I could go into detail of how rude this store was, I went back for another item later in the day, I needed for a CD set I missed by mistake, and the cashier I had met the same time before, earlier in the day, talked (excuse my language) shit in-front of me to the manager or assistant manager, ABOUT ME, and about the fact I had came back and was checking out the first time and missed some items I needed. I felt embarrassed, I felt distraught and I felt pitiful that this adult couldn’t grasp the maturity to at-least keep her mean talk to herself. Go here if you want to feel stupid, Go to loop 1604 If you want to feel respected. Thank you.
Worst Assistant Manager! I am too a Manager in retail. I was accused of stealing and took him to where the item was that he accused me of putting in my purse so I reacted and let him know this was not appropriate to accuse. He said someone saw me put in purse when I showed him where it was I didn't even get an apology!!! I would like speak to Kurt the store manager but he was not in. Horrible way to run a business especially a good will . We don't even do this in an upscale retail store. He needs training!!! No wonder he works here and couldn't make it at any other better retail store! Worst customer service I been going here for over 30 years and never been harassed like this before. Kurt if you read this review your help needs help get him some training skills in management . To everyone else DO NOT SHOP HERE. I won't be!!
I support Goodwill by making purchases, but this is wrong. SMH. Goodwill selling "NOT FOR RETAIL SALE" Purell Hand Sanitizers. These items were probably left over COVID-19 items from COVID-19 Funds. There are reasons items are labeled not to be resold. These items should have been given out to customers with their purchases. Shame on you Goodwill for trying to make a profit on these "NOT FOR RETAIL SALE" items. Do the right thing Goodwill....Updated: 01/07/23 Goodwill did not respond accordingly. What improvements? Removing the items off the shelf? Giving the item for free? How about, not selling items that clearly state, "NOT FOR RETAIL SALE". BBB should be aware.
