The cashier we dealt with was rude. I was standing at cash register #4 to make a return and she completely ignored me. I went to the other register to make the return, but was told to head back to register #4. She came back to process the return, but was robotic and cold.

I shop here weekly and the get some very good stuff. Unfortunately I buy glassware and at this location they don't bag or wrap anything! I have a counter full of my just purchased glass while the line is getting longer behind me and the cashier does absolutely nothing to help. Of course, in my rush and with no paper to wrap I broke a $150 navajo pot. It's not the first time. We pay their paycheck with those purchases that they care so little about. Be ready to work for your purchase, not just pay for it.

The employees at this establishment are rude when are the employees accuse me of smoking in the bathroom another one took my card that I left outside the bathroom cuz I didn't want them to think that I was trying to steal so I left my stuff in there and they went through my stuff check my clothes that I bought yesterday from the Goodwill and took my other stuff that I bought 3 days ago one of the managers told me to show them the receipt I try to show her the receipt from yesterday and she pushed me out of the way the male employees did the same thing and said he was going to call the cops I told them to go head I really suggest no one goes to this place

My Latest Visit to Goodwill I recently visited this Goodwill location hoping to find some good deals, but I was completely taken aback by my experience. The pricing was outrageous, with lightly used shoes costing over $50. For that price, I could easily go to TJ Maxx or even Ross and get a brand-new pair. It seems like the staff has completely lost sight of what a thrift store is supposed to be. On top of the absurd prices, the customer service was awful. The employees were rude and acted as if they were working at a high-end department store like Dillard's, not a second-hand shop. It's truly disappointing to see such incompetence and poor attitudes at a place that's supposed to be about community and affordable goods. I won't be returning.
