Once more, I entered Goodwill to engage in some browsing. The store seemed exceptionally organized and tidy. The employees were diligently restocking the shelves and arranging clothing. The atmosphere was quite pleasant. My cashier exhibited a high level of professionalism and courtesy. This visit was certainly an improvement compared to my previous experience. Overall, it was enjoyable.
Just got done shopping for what I went in for a pair of work shoes and well 25.00 later a bunch of stuff and a great talk with the manager Hossie who was kind enough to look for a kickstand for my bike. Yesterday on August 8,2024 I walked into my new found neighborhood Goodwill to do some shopping and after having the most horrible week at the hands of Eagle's Nest Ministries in Phoenix I was greeted by the friendliest young man who I later came to know as Anthony. After speaking with Hossie who I now call Mr. "H" and finding the items for my storage unit to organize it I went to check out. Anthony is a delight who wished me well and gave me a much needed God bless you and thank you for shopping with us today. Refreshing to see a young embrace the spirit of kindness needed so much in this hurting world. God bless you too Anthony.
I stop by this location anytime I am downtown mainly because the exceptional customer service. Update: There used to be a female manager that was just awesome but sadly I haven't seen her in a couple months. And unfortunately the store has gone downhill w/o her 😔

Just hand them to me so we did never offered a tax receipt didn't say thank you or anything we take out items for goodwill to make money and we get that treatment last time I will go there check the recording if needed seems like this guy doesn't want to work
