Wish this location was bigger and maybe not on such a grim block, but for its small size there were lots of great finds, including two Folio editions of classic mysteries for £9 each.

great selection, and very well organized. lots of penguin classics, postcards, and general fiction.

The modest interior does little to encourage browsing but the book selection at this branch warrants perusal. Sensible curation, clear classification, touching base with the established genres with a higher instance of more unusual titles. Book condition mostly above reproach and prices be sensible. Vinyl/music section, with the exception of some classical items, poor - verging here on the risible. Staff unobtrusive but approachable.

RUDE!! I will be writing to head office to express my encounter of what was a very rude person serving behind the till. I kindly delivered a hard padded guitar case which is an Ernie ball addition with extra padding which was hardly used a retail for £80. On arriving with the case when offering them the item responded “oh you’re phoning us off with the case without the guitar” After the manager accepted then also proceeded to say “the guitar would have been nice with it of course” As someone growing up near homeless at points and who was a big supporter of oxfam I am absolutely disgusted with the response I got. Shame on you.
