The Dunlap and I-17 Goodwill is one of the best thrift stores in the area! The store is well-organized and clean, making it easy to browse through clothes, furniture, and household items. The prices are great, and you can often find some real treasures if you take your time. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with donations or questions. It’s also nice to know that your purchases and donations support a good cause. Whether you’re thrifting for fun or looking for something specific, this Goodwill location is definitely worth a visit!

I think this is my new favorite Goodwill store in the Valley! I've been here before and wasn't so impressed, but last night (5-29-2023)...Wow! The store was neat, clean, and well organized. The workers were doing a great job of keeping the store looking good. The young man working the check out was super nice and helpful. It was pleasant to interact with him. What really impressed me about this store was the prices. Many items were set at a reasonable price, which actually made me spend more. I so appreciate a thrift store with reasonable prices. My shopping companion had a coupon received when making a donation, so that saved us a little more. I really like this Goodwill store.

This Goodwill usually has some great finds, and I can almost always walk out with something worth grabbing. The store itself is decent, and the selection rotates enough to keep things interesting. Like most Goodwill locations, though, the area brings in a mix of people just trying to stay out of the weather. It doesn’t bother me much, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re expecting a quieter shopping experience. Overall, if you’re willing to browse and dig a little, you can score some solid deals here. Just know it has that typical Goodwill atmosphere — good treasures, unpredictable crowd.

I walked in to shop 7pm at this location. A big indian guy was blocking all carts and locked them down. He said it was because others earlier had filled up carts and left them. Many people frustrated like myself trying to carry stuff. Finally i just left all i was carrying down and walked out. See, people can do that with or without a cart... Get used to it big guy, it is your job!!

⭐️ 1 Star I’ve had repeated negative experiences at the Goodwill location in Metrocenter, and will not be returning. I’ve been intimidated while shopping, been cornered by employees, denied clearly marked sale pricing, and repeatedly yelled at near closing time. A certain large male associate has been extra awful,he has on multiple occasions spoken to customers in a loud, aggressive manner, including announcing the store was “already closed” before posted closing time and doesnt understand customer service at all. Most recently, we were told shopping carts were no longer allowed because staff doesn’t want to put merchandise away—try shopping without one,it made it nearly impossible to browse or purchase items. I continued shopping here only because it’s the closest location to my home, but after the most recent incident, I’m done. Several friends have also had their own negative experiences and refuse to shop here. A thrift store should not feel hostile, rushed, or stressful—unfortunately, that has been my consistent experience at this location.
