If you look at everything closely, you can find really good quality shoes and clothing. I've been a returning customer for 5 years+.... Never have had any complaints.
It's a nice location. They have ok used things. I found a nice chair for my dab station. Make sure you check out the calendar for the sale on Saturday they have 50% off. The staff is super friendly.
Typically I have a great experience there, though it has been a while since I've been there... Huge line waiting to be rung up was probably there about 20min, the line didn't let up though, still nearly all the way to the back of the second isle... After finally deciding to post more help on registers, the line started moving, was second to the last, but another customer cut in front of me because something came up and they had to go, like now, but when my turn came up, the cashier, left her register and started moving carts and, then walked over , and apeared to be just chatting it up with the other cashier. When it was finally my turn the cashiers were still both at the same register chatting... I spoke up and said to the cashier who had left me unattended, "You know you could have at least turned your light off if you weren't going to help me." Her response, "I can leave the light on if I want too, I'm the manager, and I needed to walk over and get her a roll of quarters.... See! This is exactly what I'm talking about!" Pointing me out with an open hand as though I was behaving out of line..... Makes sense right... Handled perfectly.... NO. ZERO sense of urgency ZERO customer service skills It would have been fine if se had simply said "We'll be right with you."... She saw me waiting... Something.... but no She tended the carts first.... Then the "Desperately needed quarters." Ok I get it... Goodwill trains their employees... They need to do better with their managers. Setting an example of how customers should be treated... Not making a show of how awful to treat someone. It definitely felt like a narcissist setting a trap so that they can put on a show for their peers after I reacted how anyone would react after being treated so poorly, so they can appear superior.... Honestly it was kinda sad.
This is normally a great store. But they decided to close at 9:45 tonight instead of 10:00. I left my basket of stuff sitting inside so I could run out and get my wallet in my car and the worker wouldn't let me back in. I thought I had 15 more minutes.......
I came in a little before 10 minutes before they closed to grab 1 thing, hurried there and all since i had just gotten out of work. As soon as i walked in through the door (which was open, because they were open) the mid 40s overweight guy with dark curly hair called me out in front of all the people still shopping and in line and stayed they were closed. After I mentioned that they were in fact still open according to their hours, he said that that's only for the people still inside shopping or checking out. I told him I hurried there just to grab 1 thing and he ignored me while a woman who worked there came up to escort me out. I've been coming here years man and stuff like that just sucks. I know the hours and I know I had the right to be in there. This is not the first time this guy has been an issue. He says weird/sometimes rude things to customers (including myself). I came here cause it was close to work but I typically avoid this location due to the uncomfortable nature of the guy (and some others, but mostly him) who worked here. I figure whoever happens to manage this location should probably hear these things cause it's really a poor representation on their store.
