Had a great experience with this location! Had a wide variety of donated goods, at a decent price. The staff was friendly and efficient! The location was clean and well organized. There was a lot of furniture, clothes, housewares, games/puzzles, toys, books/CDs/Bluerays, and Electronics. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking out a great bargain!
Believe it or not, I love goodwill! This one is amazing! Very well organized, neat, clean, smells clean. Lots of everything, not a lot of junk. I love the glass and silver pieces, shoot! Forgot to get a pic of my favorite stuff! Lots of glassware and silverware!
Its a thrift store everything is donated for the most part. The prices can be high. But if you come on a good sales day, you might find something really nice. Its a little secluded, but if you look for the signs, they will show you how to get to it, it's behind the anthem mall. It does not have freeway access.
This location has become an absolute ripoff. Way over priced. Bad enough they are overcharging for used items that they receive for free. They also purchase Amazon return lots and try to resell for basically the same price or slightly less than you could buy for new on Amazon. Most of these returns are missing items or damaged. At least on Amazon you can get your money back vs Goodwill holding your money hostage in the form of a store credit. Forget about helping the needy. It's all about boosting the manager's bonus check and record profits right? Shame on Anthem Goodwill.
Terrible customer service!! I wish I could give zero stars. I did a return with Tyler and he didn’t even make eye contact with me. Told me “gonna be a minute” when I kindly approached to let him know I was there to process a return. I stood there in silence for about 5 minutes. He then proceeded to just put his hand out expectantly without saying anything to receive my receipt. He scanned everything without saying a word and then handed me my card without telling me how much I was refunded. He is an insufferably rude man.
