The ladies at checkout were very nice and helpful. There was a good selection of clothing and household items. I came in looking for just a simple, low-cost night stand and I found one. $4. Took it home and hit it was some wood spray paint (by my own choice not because it needed it). Worked our great. Left with a lightly worn pair of Nike 270's as well for cheap.
Its not at all a bad place to shop but sometimes there is a odd aroma throughout the store that is a little gross. The people there are friendly. The Items there are so random. Lots more Women’s Clothes than that of Men’s
This is a MUCH smaller, more limited store than the location on Forest Rd/221. We did manage to find a couple of lamps, there, but overall, not the size or selection of the other location.
NO CHANGING ROOMS!!! NO REFUNDS!!! 0 stars. Literally useless. Never coming here again. They did away with their changing rooms, so you cannot try on any of the clothes before purchasing to see if they even fit! Kind of ridiculous. They do not accept returns, either, only exchanges, so they'll give you a store gift card to buy something else, but that's it. Once you spend your money here, it's gone and you can never get it back. I was reading through the other comments, and someone else put it very well like this, "You could buy a pair of $10 jeans take them home and try them on, hate them, exchange them for another pair of jeans, take those home, hate those, exhange for another pair of jeans and on and on." (Exactly! Not a good policy!!!) Why would I ever shop at such a place with such ridiculous policies??? Not to mention, their selection sucks, and everytime I *have* come here in the past, I felt like it was a huge waste of my time and draining of all my energy. From now on, I'm staying AWAY from this Goodwill, and probably all Goodwills in general. Oh, and it smells bad! Everytime I come here, I end up leaving feeling so gross.
