Specifically looked for a sequins dress to wear on a cruise ship elegant night and found two to choose from for less than $10 each. Amazing!!!

This Bulverde location is one of my favorites. They always have good golf stuff, the clothes are clean and quite often than not you find an interesting item or two.

I’m leaving a review because this Goodwill location deserves credit for being a well-managed store. It’s consistently clean and organized, which makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. The staff is professional and helpful—they know their store and do their jobs well. You can tell there's a standard of quality here that you don't see at other places. It’s a no-nonsense, productive shopping experience every time. It's clear the operation is run by a capable team, and that deserves acknowledgment.

The cleanest and most organized goodwill I've ever seen, it was very nice but the base price for any shirt is $5.79, at least in the women's section. Men's section was very small compared to others and the furniture was almost all gone: popular location I'm assuming. Still it was a nice shopping experience with lots to find.

Absolutely ridiculous. Goodwill’s mission on their website is “Fighting Poverty and Creating Opportunity,” yet they rip us off instead. I saw a cute candle I wanted to buy for my daughter, and I assumed the price was a mistake, why would a thrift store sell a small candle for $35??? I asked the cashier, Mercedes, where I could get a price adjustment, but she told me the price was nonnegotiable. I showed her that the same candle was $24 online. She then took the price to “her manager” (who she later clarified was just the cashier’s lead), Tara, and came back saying they could adjust it to $25. That price was still absolutely ridiculous, so I didn’t buy the candle. Honestly, it felt like they were mocking me, why else would they offer that price? This is a store that gets everything they sell for FREE. I understand they have to pay staff, rent, utilities, etc., but this is outright exploitation of low-income customers. Charging more than the retail price is unacceptable.
