great experience at Goodwill thanks to Bryan! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I found what I needed. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. Bryan is the best—thank you for making my visit such a pleasant one!
This is a really really really great goodwill! They have a great selection of dresses as well as a lot of different cool things. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the employees are extremely rude and don't make it that great of a shopping experience . There was one sweet young long brown hair but that was about it.
I would give 0 stars if there was an option. The staff has a messed up attitude when anyone asks the staff a question and they acting like you're supposed to know. I have been going there for 6 years at least 7-9 times a year and every time besides the last 3 times I always buy $50-$65 worth of merchandise there. The last 3 times I went I only got one item worth $5.99 each. It's all because the staff accuse me of stealing when I wasn't I even showed them in my bag just to prove I didn't and I didn't get apology either of the times. Which I think is beyond ridiculous and poor management. Now I won't even go there anymore, I'll rather take my money elsewhere.
This is for the donation center in back of the store. I have not actually shopped inside. The people at the donation center are extremely rude and needlessly aggressive. Half the time I try to donate, they won't even open the doors. The sign says they open at 10am, but they'll tell me to come back at 2pm. When I do, they still won't open the doors. Don't waste your time trying to donate to this Goodwill.
I’m trying to drop off a small box with 2 small items but they keep the door lock I asked if I can donate the box and she said NO .,🤷🏻♀️ probably not needed cuz they had so much money already was items from Costco new., 🤷🏻♀️ don’t donate to goodwill find better store some one else needs money probably
