I’ve been here a few times and always able to find something I wanted. It’s previously been some nice ties, some Nike workout tops, some crystal wine glasses. Lots of parking. I like it here!

A typical Goodwill thrift store with a wide variety of items. It’s a bit messy, but that seems to come with the territory for thrift shops. The store was well-staffed during my visit, and there’s some free parking outside, though it always seems to be almost full. Keep in mind that you can’t try clothes on in fitting rooms—only over your own clothing—and they offer exchanges only within 14 days.

Store was easy to find. Very good free parking lote. Something helpful in LA. Store offers all kind of second hand stuff: clothing, shoes, home, etc. What I don’t like is the fact that they do not offer fitting rooms. For foreigners like me to go back to the store for exchange is not a good choice. The coupe mirrors in the stores were extremely dirty. You can find some good stuff but you need to go with enough time. The racks are hard to navigate because they are overloaded with clothes. Not enough space to move the hangers. Service was dry. Cashier Emi (Emely) was not helpful neither friendly. I have seen better good wills.

I am a regular shopper and donor at this Goodwill location, which is why today's experience was especially disappointing. I waited in line for over 40 minutes with my small child, and during that time I observed several situations that felt inconsistent and unfair. Two customers who were not standing in the designated line area were checked out ahead of me, and the manager assisted them directly, including sending an employee to price-check items that were missing tags. When it was finally my turn,, the manager asked the cashier to ring up the customer behind me first because he was purchasing a TV. After I explained that I had already been waiting for a long time, thr cashier apologized and continued with my transaction. However, when I mentioned that two of my items needed a price check, the manager stated that they were "not doing price checks at this time," even though I had just watched he'd them do exactly that for other customers minutes earlier. Eventually another employee offered to check the prices. When the items came back, one item that originally had a $3.99 purple tagg was retuner with a $5.99 yellow tag, and I was told the price could not be adjusted. Another concer, during previous visits I was told the restroom is "employee only", even when my small child urgently needed it. During this visit, however, I saw the manager unlock the employee restroom for an adult customer. The issue here isn't just the wait time- it's the inconsistent enforcement of policies and how the situation was handled when I respectfully spoke up. As someone who both shapes at and donates to Goodwill, I hope store leadership or corporate can review this locations management practices so that policies are applied consistently and customer are treated fairly.

As a former manager at two different Goodwill locations, I am appalled at the treatment that I have been given at this location. I spend thousands of dollars a year supporting Goodwill only to have the manager at this location accuse me of doing shifty things. Twice, I tried to exchange a purchase at this location, only to have the most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered in my life, deny both transactions. She is wrong on a couple fronts. Too long to list. I have supported GW and it's mission for over 25 years. This store will not deter me from spending my hard earned money.
