Pricing is hit or miss, but the merchandise is always really well organised, the staff are always super nice and I have found some excellent thrift finds here for reasonable prices! Special shout out to Andrea who always goes above and beyond to be welcoming and personable - She is a true gem!

Large clean Goodwill with some unique selections. Didn't find anything notable this time but who knows when something interesting will turn up. Did see a Shake Shack shirt for Black Lives Matter. They had a very low supply of sunglasses this time

Can sometimes have some great items for sale. But those same great items will frequently be priced too high not to justify just buying the same item completely new. Such a shame, some of the better items you will find at goodwills in Los Angeles, but also some of the most pricey for what they are. Many of the employees are quite unfriendly. Some employees were lovely, but usually those at the register will actively appear upset that you walked in. Customer service can be improved.

The donation area in the back was the worst experience. The staff acted like they didn’t want donations at all and were very rude. I tried three different times to donate and was treated poorly each time. It’s disappointing because the whole point of donating is to help people, but the way I was treated made it feel completely unappreciated. The environment was not welcoming and no one was helpful. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. I’ll be taking my donations somewhere that actually values and appreciates them.

I’ve been to almost every Goodwill location is Los Angeles county and this is BY FAR the MOST EXPENSIVE one I’ve ever been to on multiple occasions. I saw a bicycle WITH RUST ON IT priced at $149.99. A clearly used bejeweled hat for $49.99. YOU CAN HAVE SOMEONE MAKE THAT HAT BRAND NEW FOR LESS! A USED SUIT FOR $39.99! Near the register there was a scooter for $59.99! A used non motorized scooter for THAT price? This isn’t Goodwill, it’s the WORSTWILL. Badwill if you wanna call it that. Go somewhere else and save your time. Charging brand new prices for used items is a racket and they need to be investigated seriously. You can shop at Ross or TJ Maxx for less on the dollar.
