Long-standing nonprofit chain with a range of pre-owned clothing, housewares & more.
Fun selection of clothing - but I want to highlight that I had a lovely experience with the manager, Daniel. He went above and beyond, showing incredible kindness and composure while dealing with extremely difficult situations (someone spit in his face). Even after being disrespected, he remained patient and understanding. I truly hope Goodwill recognizes how great he is!
Primarily came in to drop off donations, which was super easy to do. There are 3 designated bins for clothing, home decor, and books. You scan a qr code on your phone to get a receipt. This location does NOT accept furniture. The store was nice and clean, with clothes being the biggest dept followed by shoes, books and home decor. Price wise they are similar to shopping at a Ross/Marshall/TJMaxx, etc, which can be considered high for donated goods.
Really good staff and a lot of staff putting away things, pricing. I’ve been able to walk away with a few good finds, copper cups and Halloween decorations.
This place employes are so rude and have no respect for costumers. I came here with my grandkids and the guy was walking near them and told them move out of my way. I don’t know were they hire this dumb uneducated people. And an old guy was following us saying rude things. I don’t know if people take things from here but he was saying nasty things but management and employes disgusting p rude and has no costumer service manners Plz don’t go to this store donate and go to the Glendale one. They are kind and help full and they answer questions
