This is the best Goodwill I’ve ever been to! It’s a big, modern store with huge windows and plenty of natural light. The shelves are full and well organized, there’s a great variety of items to choose from, the store is neat and tidy, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

What's worse than paying $5 now for a little MacDonald's hamburger? Buying anything here. This place used to be fun to go to to find deals. It smells WAY better than it used to 3-4 years ago but the new pricing is laughable. Books, gardening and kitchen ware are cheaper at Ross

If I could give this store a negative 0 I would. Not only are the prices high, the manager Jackie is very rude. She's hateful, I've seen her be nasty to employees out on the floor. She also confronts shoplifters, and snatches products from their hands. I don't remember what day it was but she was threatened by a shoplifter. She will have the big tall white tattooed guy by her side to confront them. Is that even allowed? Shouldn't she be concerned about the safety of employees? A lot of the staff there are very helpful and give great customer service. There's a new manager who's very down to earth and offers great customer service. I don't know her name she's a short redhead, always gives good vibes. She makes customers feel welcome and the employees love her. This store needs more managers like her. The cashiers are awesome and very helpful. I wish they would bring Aimee back she was the best!!

White guy, glasses, long hair was way too sassy and rude. Comes off passive aggressive and isn’t helpful to customers whatsoever. It was to the point it was best to leave the store and go elsewhere. Seems like he’s been here awhile by the way he acted… Goodwill, please do better with your staff.

Most cashiers here round up your purchase without asking first. This is STEALING. This organization operates as a for-profit and everything you give them doesn't benefit anyone but their pockets and their tax write-offs. Check out the CEOs salaries! But it's another thing entirely to do it to customers WITHOUT ASKING. It's disgusting and dishonest. The selection has always been pretty good because of the location, but the prices soared so much in recent months. The cheapest book used to be 0.99 and is now 3.99. Donations are often closed because they are overstocked and the inside of the store is in chaos. There is no public bathroom and the changing rooms have been closed since COVID. The store is often surrounded by homeless camps on all four sides. However, the managers are typically very nice and friendly and the store is air conditioned and smells fresh.
