Shopping today for active wear. What a great place to find good brands at low prices. Found a couple of pair for my exercise sessions. This Goodwill is clean and always busy. New stuff is put out daily. I’ve noticed the same customers come daily as I do looking for bargains. Keep your receipts and make sure you have not removed the colored price sticker because they need both to give you a refund card if you need to bring things back. I’ve returned a non working clock however I’m pretty sure the clothes I choose will fit. Bargain hunting is fun!!

They have remodeled inside, and everything is nicer. But sadly, it is no longer affordable, and they pull a HUGE amount of items off the floor so they can sell them for even more money online. I go less and less often, and I spend significantly less money because I buy significantly less items. I find clothes for my children new for a better price now. I would love to buy secondhand, it's just not affordable at Goodwill anymore. I do visit several other thrift stores in the area with significantly better prices though. Cue Goodwill's cut and paste paragraph about doing good. They may do some good, but let's take a look at the salaries of their leadership. This is information is readily available on the internet. I found it at Nonprofit Explorer. Goodwill Arkansas 2024 salaries based on tax returns: Brian F Marsh (President And Ceo)$502,432 Sylvia Murchison (Sr. Vice President & Chief Financial Officer) $247,001 Trent Wunstel (Sr. Vice President & Chief Operating Officer) $229,353 Shannon Boshears (Sr. Vice President Of Development) $181,371 Lenesha Jones (Sr. Vice President & Chief People Officer) $179,433 Chad Albaugh (Vice President, Donated Goods) $167,759 Edie Stewart (Sr. Vice President & Chief Mission Officer) $130,288 Tammy Wheaton (Vice President, Mission Services) $109,044 They might be able to afford the price raises at Goodwill, especially since their salaries keep rising also. But for us normal folks, it's just not affordable anymore. Note: I am not anti-capitalist. But Goodwill always pretends the money they make off of donated items is only for their programs. Clearly, that's not the case. A little honesty and transparency go a long way. And stop asking if I want to round up my change! I have been misunderstood a few times when I say no, and they round up anyway. Your prices are already too high. I give to charities I actually know and trust to be charities. I can't afford your exorbitant prices, so no, I don't want to add more money on top of that.

Been going to Goodwill for over 30 years. Today I went to this store, I found a nice recliner, so I took a picture to send it to my wife. A lady walked up to me and said you can’t take pictures at this store. I said I just took a picture of this recliner to see if my wife was interested. Very rude lady, she said she was the store manager. It wasn’t like I took a picture of anyone, just a recliner. Nothing was posted in the store about this anywhere. Well today they lost my business.

This was one of my favorite places to shop. Until one day my mom went to shop and spent 213.00 and left with nothing. So on her bank statement the transaction said pending but the manger said it declined so come back tomorrow. The next day the transaction wasn't pending and it went through and the store manger Amber approached my mom and said yeah it cleared and she can shop worth of 213. We walk around shop check out and its the same situation from yesterday of that day, she came from the back and said the IT don't see the transaction. My mom bank told her they got the payment. Moral of the story the manger voided my mom transaction and took her money. Avoid this place if you don't have money to just GIVE. Waiting on Monday so I can call corporate because this is unnecessary and relentless how people use there position to use, steal, and humiliate a customer.
