Adrea Roberts was an excellent help to us today! She is an asset to her company and got us so much more than we ever thought we could. She was educational during the process and taught us something new while keeping us entirely entertained. She is hilarious! We will definitely be coming back because of Andrea!
Xavier was fantastic to work with. As someone new to selling jewelry, I really appreciated how patient and transparent he was throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable and confident. I truly trusted him and would highly recommend working with him.
I had a very pleasant experience at this pawnshop. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was genuinely enjoyable. I especially appreciated Yolanda — she kept great conversation, checked in naturally, and showed real interest in how life was going. A good person through and through, which makes a big difference in customer service. While we didn’t fully see eye to eye on the transaction — which is completely understandable and part of the process — the interaction remained respectful and positive. Overall, I was more than happy to connect with Yolanda and would absolutely return based on the professionalism and character shown during my visit. Highly recommend go to Yolanda at Braswell&son Pawn Brokers
Hunter at Braswell & Son pawn was fantastic to work with, got me into a watch I’ve been wanting for a long time and made the process smooth. Thanks for the gorgeous timepiece Hunter!
I bought and paid for a Gibson Guitar that this company listed on ebay. While I was waiting for my shipping details I suddenly received a refund. Without contacting me first which is not the way business is done. I was told there was a mistake and the item had been sold in store. I have no way of knowing if they made a mistake or this was an error but I asked if perhaps they could give me a deal on another Gibson Guitar. I was told that they have 8 stores and they cannot make deals on other stores merchandise. So they screwed up and would not honor the sale or sell me a replacement. I would not buy from this establishment's stores at any price. STAY AWAY!!!!
