Chain retailer buying & selling trendy secondhand clothing for teens & young adults.
Very impressed with Jora, the General Manager of this store. I had an issue and she reached out to me to make it right. Thank you Jora! She is extremely polite, positive and classy. If you’ve ever had a bad experience with this store I highly suggest you give them another chance. I will do business with this Plato’s going forward. All thanks to Jora!
Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of clothes, all adult sizes, mens and women's clothes & shoes. However, in my opinion i wouldn't waste your tine trying to sell any clothes to them UNLESS you go up there and get EXACT details on what they need right now. They have so much already so i imagine they have to be very particular about what they buy so they too can sell the items, which makes sense to me so im not mad at them, i just shouldve done more research before all that work getting them ready and taken up there.
took some really decent shoes in there to sell and i truly believe most pairs were easily sellable. as im walking out i noticed the nastiest red shoes that were visibly dirty and completely worn out but the girls in there decided to pass on my shoes… this place is a joke
Honestly I’m disappointed how you treated my POC friend. Especially during black history month, yall should be so ashamed of yall selves. That is NO way to treat ANYONE first your employees don’t greet her but greets everyone after her then she gets racially profiled?? YALL HAVE TO DO BETTER. Shame on yall.
I came into the store around 5pm on 9/29/25. Zero stars. I took a lot of time sorting and organizing 6 FULL bags of clothing making sure everything was in season for what they’re lookin for. Told me they would text once everything was done. I waited over an hour and decided to check on it for them to tell me that they had been 30 min before I arrived, and no I was not texted. On top of that, they DIDN’T buy anything. Not one piece of clothing. I had a large range of 2 set pieces, jumpsuits, sweaters, hoodies, hats , and even plenty pairs of fall/winter boots & heels! VERY CUTE AND STYLISH ITEMS THAT WOULD HAVE QUICKLY BEEN BOUGHT BY CUSTOMERS. they told me they went through each bag but i tied the bags a certain way JUST to see if they actually opened them. They in fact DID NOT. Not one single bag was opened or looked through. There are very young teenagers that work in the store and the ONLY reasonable excuse I can think of is that they simply DID NOT want to do their job. It’s frustrating when u actually take the time to wash, organize, fold and take the time to bring the bags in the store, on top of waiting for however long they decided to make u wait. When I confronted the workers everyone denied being the actual person who “looked through the bags” . I won’t be returning to this location. Horrible experience. Ended up taking all 6 full bags to Goodwill right down the street, & tbh I feel better with that decision! At least I know someone in need or less fortunate will appreciate them!
