I've been consistently buying products from shop goodwill and picking them up here for three months straight. I will continue to do so as you can make some pretty decent money flipping the items. However you must pay extremely close attention to what you're bidding on and realize there is a risk involved that the item might not work. There are no returns, I have bought two items that didn't work, but that's the risk you take. Most items I've purchased are in Excellent condition, just a little dirty. The staff at the pickup site are very friendly and it's a painless process to pick your items up. I've never been shorted or given wrong products. I recommend giving this a shot it's been great for me, although time consuming as is anything thats worth it.
Clearly Tucson locations are trying to cash grab and not offer customers fair thrift store prices. Their website lists tons of mall brands with ridiculous shipping rates, no bids on most of course. Even so far as listing this tangled mess of yarn which would come out to about $30! Charging shipping at 4 lbs... Come on now!
Shady business. Stay very far away. Will list gold jewelry at a weight, and then when your receive it, they will tell you they consider the paper holder that comes with the jewelry to be apart of the jewelry weight. Clowns
Waste of time and money, ALWAYS saying they “lost” your items and inaccurate descriptions of the ones they do have. Seems when you buy lot items the best item in the lot will be missing upon pick up as well. Once or twice ok but this has happened just about every pick up the last month or two. I can’t tell if it’s them giving your items to the wrong people or employees just taking them for them selves but either way I’m done with the excitement of “winning” an item just to get there and be told “sorry we lost it”. Zero Stars if I could.
While I do appreciate that the two Harbour Lights ceramic lighthouse miniatures that were shipped to me from this location arrived in immaculate condition, the inclusion of a not-insubstantial number of live termites with my order was, unfortunately, not an additional service in which I was interested. They even managed to tape a sizable collection of termite droppings to the box. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the quantity and species of live insects which were shipped with my order of objects which were not live insects. Unless you're in need of several dozen termites, I'd avoid buying from these guys.
