Don’t buy at goodwill. First time going to this location, I went 2 days ago and ask the associates if I could get a refund if I bought stuff and they said yes! I spend about $30 and didn’t end up using anything. Only gave me store credit instead but I am not going to ever buy again at goodwill or referral anyone!
The employees from this store are awesome, they always nice with me I go there like 3 or 4 times a week, they work so hard but those clothes hangers don't help, the clothes easily fall off from the hangers, please provide something for those hangers so the clothes don't fall off, or buy a new hangers, I think those hangers are old to,they brake very easily, please appreciate your hard worker's, they deal with rude customers to, I send big hugs for them and a happy holidays, may God bless them always.
I'm still in disbelief...I've never ever had an issue with this particular store and last night out of nowhere 2 associates told me that I was trespassed and unwelcome at any of the GISA stores As a frequent shopper spending thousands and thousands of dollars as well as donating countless items I'm so astonished as to why I got banned. I spoke to the store manager and he wouldn't go into detail only for me to call LP at corporate. I've never stolen anything ever and only had a few complaints that I had shared with Kevin C at corporate regarding some associates with poor customer etiquette. I'm not sure if this the reason or perhaps because I was nice and helped a cashier that needed 5s and even the MOD thanked me??? Yes I know all about Goodwill, I mean who wouldn't after shopping there for over 3 decades. Most all of the managers know me we have always gotten along. I want this addressed as I have an ADA Disability as well. This has caused me not only to lose sleep but is affecting my overall health as well. I hope that someone will reach out to me and explain their reasoning for this. Remember I was a loyal paying customer ! Liz and Lisa should look into this as well as Goodwill Industries International corporate.
