Jay was our cashier today and she was amazing! Super welcoming and helpful, something much needed at this location. She went above and beyond helping us out to our vehicle even. With this type of customer service, she could go anywhere!!!
This use to be a favorite Goodwill of mine but lately it's going down hill fast. The inventory is garbage and not only that I seriously think Goodwill corporate should investigate the dishonest actions of the staff I went in and found 2 identical items. IDENTICAL, it was the same product. One of them was marked for 5.99 and the other didn't have a price tag so I took it to the cashier asking for a price, I also asked if they could 99 it the cashier returned with a price tag of 9.99 How do they get the price system.
My experience at this Goodwill store had its ups and downs. They did have some good items, but there were some issues that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, the bathroom was locked, and I had to wait for an employee to unlock it for me, which was a bit annoying. When I finally got to use the bathroom - it was extremely dirty and had a horrible smell. At checkout, things got even more frustrating. They claimed that two of my items were tagged incorrectly and refused to honor the price. The employee didn't explain how she knew the tags were wrong and wouldn't retag them with the correct price. Instead, she made a scene and was very accusatory, she treated me like I did it intentionally. Despite having about 8 items in my cart, which included mostly men's t-shirts and a few women's shirts, I decided not to buy anything and left the store feeling very offended and irritated. The staff definitely needs to work on their customer service skills and verify their items are priced correctly.
My mom just got back from here and the girl with the glasses. The cashier helped the people in front of her and behind her bag their things except my mom you didn’t help her bag her pillows and the stuff she bought that’s extremely rude of you and a sign of discrimination. This was on January 27th 2026 at approximately 1:45 PM
Unfortunately, every time I visit this location(which is often ) , the manager has a consistently negative attitude. She often appears annoyed, unapproachable, and comes across as rude during interactions. Customer service should feel welcoming, especially at a community-focused store like Goodwill, but that hasn’t been my experience here. It makes shopping uncomfortable and discourages repeat visits.
