Extremely bright, very odd pricing structure, took a stroll through the back rows of knick-knack items and assorted stuff. I didn't see very many 'deals' per se, everything seemed like it was priced to sit and wait for the perfect customer to come along. I'm not really sure what this location is doing, but I thought their selection was okay. Probably one of the more expensive Goodwill locations I've been to, but it was very clean, for whatever that's worth. There were quite a few people looking at items.

The pricing managers of this store have completely, utterly lost their minds. I understand maximizing the value of your donations, because it does go to create many jobs in Arizona. But genuinely what is this? Who do you expect is going to buy this? Your ignorance is directly contributing to: 1: increased waste because after nobody buys this, it will end up in a landfill. 2: increased theft because people in need will steal this believing it is worth $50. This shirt is not worth even 20% of that. 3: a rapid decline of your brand’s (and more importantly your STORE’S) image. You literally could have just priced this at $3 and called it a day. Instead, it’s going to be permanently posted on your store’s reviews for everyone to see. This is one of many examples I saw in store today, but by far the most egregious. Get a grip. And potential shoppers, PLEASE take your business elsewhere until this issue is fixed.

I was sad when they closed the 360 Thrift but excited when I found out it was turning into a goodwill and had hopes it would be one of the better goodwills in Mesa since they typically all suck. Imagine my disappointment when it opened and ended up being one of the worst goodwills out there. I have been multiple times and haven’t found a single thing yet and the employees are weird. Someone named Miguel or Angel or something I don’t remember was rude. Probably will never go back again or at least for a very long time.

Today was the first time I visited this location. Way overpriced. They're charging retail prices at a used store. Go to a different location, this one won't be here very long. Never going back to this store.
