First time in this store, usually don't go to Goodwill but I was there with friends and it was actually good! Nice big store with every kind of everything, I even find myself a nice jacket 😍
They say Disneyland is the happiest place on earth well, this Goodwill is the dirtiest. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a thrift store before. The shelves were completely unorganized, with clothing and random junk thrown everywhere. Many of the shelves were practically empty except for empty boxes and half drunk cans. It honestly felt unsanitary, and I didn’t even want to touch anything. The worst part was the women’s restroom. It smelled like sewage, there was toilet paper all over the floor, and one of the stalls was filled with dirty baby diapers. And a full trash can It was absolutely disgusting and clearly hadn’t been properly maintained. This was by far the worst thrift store experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone not even my worst enemy. Do better!
This store is disgusting. Hated it for years, but today was the worst. Usually go to look for things specific, but today we visited several Goodwill stores in Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert areas. At this mesa store we looked at a refrigerator. The water system on the outside was rusted. My husband opened the door and it is full of MOLD! THE ENTIRE FRIDGE IS MOLDY AND THIS STORE HAS IT ON SALE!!! The manager needs to be fired and the staff retrained. It was smelly, disgusting, and should be illegal
I went there today and bought one of their bundles of toys in a plastic bag. Despite the bag being sealed it was filled with roaches, both adults and babies. I unfortunately opened the bag in my living room so I had to use bug spray as there were a ton of them. Please check the items before you put them into bundles, this is unacceptable. I have been shopping at Goodwill for years and this is the first time I've been to this location and the first time I've ever had this issue.
