I do enjoy shopping Goodwill. This was my first time in this one. It was clean and tidy. The racks were so full it was hard to shop them. I know the prices are low but maybe if the prices were lower the product might move faster and less cramped.
The online auction from Goodwill Olympics and Rainier region have the worst customer service. I asked several times to clarify about an items size and they just sent a non answer back. I reopened the inquiry ticket and asked them again to please take a single measurement for me. They just closed the ticket again with no response. From reading some of the other reviews it sounds like I might have saved myself a headache as their shipping doesn't sound too timely and often gets lost with little response in trying to get a refund. Whoever manages and works at that location should be fired. Too lazy!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I won a book on their online auction on October 29 paid on October 30 and as of November 13 I still haven’t received my book. Seeing all the other negative reviews stating the same thing says this is their MO..stay away from this place!🤬 Not surprisingly the book showed up with damage that was not in the description. Half of the plates were missing and they only gave me a 50% refund. God knows when I’ll see that.
They stole my money. I bought an item online through their store from the goodwill app. It was 2 pokemon games. It’s been over a month and I never received the order. I reached out a number of times, but they have ghosted me and refuse to respond. I have reached out to corporate to correct the situation. Hopefully corporate will fix it. Don’t buy things from here. These people are crooks. They sent me a fake tracking number that never worked. This store should be shutdown and these employees arrested for fraud and theft.
This Goodwill should be removed from the Goodwill online forum. The leadership knows the individual involved in listing the jewelry is dishonest, however; as long as they get money into their pockets business continues as normal. I have bought numerous items from them and after receiving them to discover copper is listed as silver 925/sterling as long as it is shiny.
