Very clean. The workers seem friendly. Prices are slightly higher than some of the thrift stores nearby, so it's worth coming back for an item once it goes on sale. It felt better stocked than most Goodwills but that's probably due to the prices and not moving items as quickly.

Clean and organized, but inventory is meh. Smaller selection than other locations and little variety. They've got the basics, but no hidden treasures found on this trip.

Used to be reasonable and clean. Now it's just disappointing every time I visit. This may be my last. Prices are really high for junk. Good stuff is kept by staff and their friends, or sent to "Boutique" style Goodwills for even more mark up on items they get FREE. Asked them once about how they get their pricing when I saw a shelf I'd bought new at IKEA for $18 being sold used for $19 (crappy shelf btw and still $18 new at IKEA to this day). I was told they look up resale values online to price their items. Might want to watch out for price gouging. Check online before you buy. Not the first time this store has tried to sell something for more than it would cost brand new. Goodwill chill out! You're not Homegoods. You're a thrift shop with makeup on.

First of all, I love shopping at this store. I hope someone sees this review due to how I saw my daughter being treated by the donation worker this morning on 2/21/26. He was a male Hispanic man with longish hair, mid-life who came out. He had an accent which makes zero difference except that I hope he is identified and corrected for his rudeness. My daughter is a young adult and is moving- looking for boxes. She thought she'd ask a few places just in case. She went into the Goodwill on Quincy Lee and a nice woman told her to pull around and check around back. So we did. All they could say was no, right? Well, when we got to the back this man came out and my daughter rolled window down and said, " Hello sir, we were wondering if you perhaps had any left over cardboard boxes?" He stared at her sternly and said in a severe tone, " This is the DONATION place. Not the FREE place." At that point I said to explain, " Sir the lady inside at front said to check and go around the back . We just thought we'd ask " and he eplied, "Realllly? Thats what they say? (Rolls eyes ) We have NEVER give away free boxes. Neverr." He looked like he hated us absolutely. It hurt my feelings. Ok, well I pray someone talks to this man because kindness goes a long way in this world. Especially to the youth. Give an example to them on what that looks like. A simple, no we dont have any would have worked fine. There's no need to be hateful and hate-filled. What did it do but take less than five minutes of your time. Thank you.

One afternoon I watched the manager come out of the back and to signal to a friend of his in store that he was bringing out something good. I noticed this and attempted to get near the bin he was unloading only for him to pull the bin abruptly from me and proceeded to signal to a friend the item. Workers should not be able to have their friends come for merchandise. I wonder what else is kept from the public.
