This location is on point great selection but what really makes the difference is the personable customer service by all that work here. Nathan and Liz really know how to create an environment that makes you want to return to.

I went to the goodwill on Thomas just south of 75th Ave its a newer store and not very big. It was about 20 min til closing and the employee told us the store is closing in 10 min. I work for goodwill as well and we are not supposed to tell customers we are closing. The store was cluttered, and messy, it was hard to shop in certain areas because they were too full. The employees were nice enough, I just wasn't impressed by the way the store looked, and a lot of the shelves were bare.

This is one of my favorite stores. It has decent prices and the employees are nice. It is absolutely filthy lol. No one cleans the floors. I don’t think they have ever been cleaned and that is what it is. I have been shopping here for years, the manager and staff are very sweet and patient with us.

The worst goodwill I have ever been too. The customer service was ridiculous, I had to ask three separate times to get someone to use the restroom over the course of 30 minutes. I then sent my husband up to ask after waiting for so long only for them to call it over the speaker and not send anyone again. The store itself is an absolute wreck but it’s a thrift store so I was willing to look past how horribly unorganized the place was, but not how dirty the floors are, How terrible the service is or how with that combined with the lack of organization curated a terrible experience from start to finish.

I’m giving the store a one star because the staff here the hiring managers are very un polite very disrespectful. Seems like they don’t want to do their jobs. Very hostile unprofessional worst store ever.
