Very helpful staff. As soon as you park, someone is out the door with a big bin, ready to take your donation. They’re courteous and friendly.

It does say goodwill donation center but the photos show it's a store. Very misleading!!!

Donation center only despite all the photos and reviews of an actual store as the main photos. Drove all the way over here but it’s not a store anymore.

They NEVER answer the phone. That is super infuriating when you’re just trying to go donate stuff. I would rather just give it away for free then have to constantly call you guys when no one ever answers the phone. People do not want to load up their car is full of stuff to drive over to find out you guys might not be open. Because Google says you are, doesn’t mean you are. That’s happened with you guys as well!

I had recently just went in with plates and bowls from my china cabinet that I wanted to donate. The guy who came out to my car had an attitude from the very beginning and was throwing things into the bin. I could hear all of the dishes breaking.Don't really know why he is still employed there. I called to tell the manager what happened and I was hung up on..needless to say, I am never returning to this donation center again. I can take my items somewhere else without having to deal with the employees horrible attitudes.
