This is easily the best Goodwill in town. I found lots of great quality items! Prices are getting high at all the goodwill’s and this one was no different in that aspect, but it just is what it is. The store was well organized, fitting rooms were clean, and the staff were nice enough for me!

One of the nicest Goodwill stores I've ever been to! Not overloaded like the others and all the clothes are nicely separated by sizes! The employees are very nice too!! It just looks very organized.

This Goodwill accepts donations up to 8pm under a cover so things don't get wet when it's raining! They don't question your donations, which is nice. They just take everything. Inside, they have a lot of great items. Admittedly, their prices can be high on some things so you really do need to know your prices. They do have price deals on a different color tag and every Tuesday they give a 10% military discount while every Wednesday they offer a Senior discount! Overall, the store is clean, well organized, and usually well stocked. The employees are hit and miss nice or grumpy, but mostly nice. I also like the location is right next to the Super Walmart off of Fourth Plain.

Hello, I recently visited your store and would like to respectfully share my experience. My intention is not to accuse anyone, but to provide feedback in hopes of contributing to a better service environment. While browsing, I saw a bag without a price tag and kindly asked a staff member about its price. However, the tone and attitude I encountered made me feel uncomfortable. I felt as if I were being treated with suspicion, even though I was simply asking for pricing information. Later, I asked to use the restroom and spoke with the cashier. Someone was called to unlock it, but overall the communication felt distant and unfriendly. After completing my purchase, the way my receipt was handed to me and the lack of basic courtesy were also upsetting. Especially since the customer before me was treated in a much warmer and more welcoming manner, the contrast was difficult not to notice. Because I understand that your organization may have a community- or faith-based mission, I believe it is important that staff interactions reflect those values. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope you will consider this feedback so that similar experiences can be avoided in the future. I have shopped this store many times since they opened and the prices are completely out of control. $39.99 for a skirt $19.99-$29.99 for a cashmere sweater NWT jackets that I donated being sold for $24.99 a piece $12.99-$14.99 for some crappy vintage yarns A dress I donate NWT for $29.99 (I paid less than that for it.) This is just some examples of what I saw the last time I was in. GOODWILL DO BETTER!!!
