Absolutely terrible. I have stopped at every good will within a 20 mile radius and all of them have bad prices. And the employees are SO RUDE!

I normally just shop accessories or home goods at goodwill but found some cool clothing here at surprisingly decent prices (found some ridiculous prices too). That was they only good part of visiting this store. The entire store reeked of poo, literally the smell of human poo. It was so overwhelming, making it difficult to stay and shop. I tried on clothes, wanting to avoid taking my shoes off, so I put a skirt on over my head, not realizing it was a skort. I gagged, taking in a whiff of what can only be described as crotch rot, coming from the shorts inside. I found a small vintage looking hand tooled leather purse. It was crispy, but I was looking for a leather revival project so I didn't mind that at all. However, inside, the dye had bled red (a brown purse) all over the outside of the bag, under the flap closure. It was $20,I thought maybe priced without noticing so I asked about a reduced price. The lady said no, just bc it's leather and a "good material." The other employee with her, chimed in, supporting my opinion. When she said no, he laughed and rolled his eyes. I bought a sweater, denim jacket, and zipper pouch. I can't imagine working there and being trapped with that smell. I feel bad they have to endure that for a whole shift. A tip of you're shopping women's jackets/ coats. Small and medium are on racks behind the dresses, xl is on the outside row of sweaters, plus sizes are the racks in front of dresses... so where are the large? They are on the other side of the store, mixed in with men's jackets. So many men over there very confused. There were a mix of other women's sizes there too.

Their prices have gotten out of control! This is absurd! These two dresses which had several flaws priced at $100 and $130!!! Walking through your store I slightly chuckle at some of the prices!

I was just at the Goodwill next door to what used to be Albertsons and is now Safeway. I wanted to purchase a white plywood desk for my sewing machine. One of the drawers on the top right hand side was stuck. I had asked if they could either fix it or if I could have a discount. The woman whose name was Jamie who was the manager on shift, was very rude. She said it was already underpriced because of that problem. I then said to her "Well, there was nothing stating on the ticket that there was an issue with the piece of furniture."So, I thought that I should have received the discount. She refused, and her body language, tone of voice and attitude was completely unprofessional and unkind. I love to thrift. But I do not think I'll be returning to this store. They are overpriced, and even with issues with what they're selling, they will not discount. They do not love the locals or the community around them. It is a paycheck. Their training on customer care should be much better.
