Bought items online, shipped fast within a day or two after payment. I'm very greatful people still take pride in their jobs, packaging was above and beyond!
I love Goodwill. They have a good variety of items. I have found Nike and Champion clothing for boys that have been like new for a reasonable price. Some of their items are priced a little high so you move onto the next item. I found a lamp for $7 that was brand new. Got home and went online and that lamp retails for $50. Score! And always, without question, the employees are always polite, helpful and respectful. Thanks Goodwill Employees!
This is a small pick up office. Wendy is great and very helpful. The parking is very limited and if its break time you won't be able to pull into the parking lot due to the employees smoking in a group at the entrance. They have pickups scheduled every 15 minutes and that keeps things organized and running smooth.
Auctions with this company repeatedly end up "sniped" at the last second only for the item to be relisted 1 or 2 weeks later. If not intentionally bad business practice, it's at least a bad customer experience. Can't recommend until they fix their platform.
I'm requesting a refund on my credit card because I purchased an item and scheduled the required appointment time to pick up my item (which was a week out for scheduling), drove across town, arrived at the e-commerce building, and the door was locked. No one ever answered the door or any of my phone calls and after 15 minutes I left. Not sure what the deal is but I don't recommend unless you want to deal with the headache
