Mike who works at the donation center of the store was PHENOMENAL. I had a car FULL of things, and he no questions asked got several bins out and started loading things into bins for me. He was very kind and seems to work very hard. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!

I love hitting up goodwills to search for bargains, and to help outfit the high school team that I coach. This is definitely one of the better goodwills in Spokane. Their prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the Goodwill location way up North. Everyone who works at this Goodwill location is happy, helpful, and professional. I will definitely continue shopping here

Exceptional customer service at this location! Wanted to highlight Jason who worked up front. He was friendly, helpful, and patient as he helped with my requests. Goodwill still has quality items for fair prices, even in today's world, but it's people like Jason who will keep me coming back to shop. Thank you GW and Jason! Powerful!

The best of the goodwill locations in and around spokane. Its definitely one of the older goodwill spots but it consistently has a better range of goods at fair prices. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The donation drop off is easy to get into and out of and they are happy to help unload what you bring. If you find something too large to carry out yourself they will help you load it up around the side of the building. The store is cleaner than several of the goodwills around and does have a restroom and water fountain for those that need it. The area isn't the best but they have security and I feel safe in their store and the clientele is less sketchy than other goodwills in town. You never know what you will find but I seem to find more things here than any of the other goodwills. Parking lot isn't the largest but I can almost always find a spot. Traffic on the roads around can get pretty heavy but as long as you are patient when you leave you can find a break in traffic.

Here’s a copy‑and‑paste Google review you can use or edit: This location is absolutely terrible and openly discriminatory. My girlfriend and I went in to shop and were treated completely differently based on who we are. They clearly change their policies depending on the customer. We were told we couldn’t go into the dressing room together, but the way it was handled was rude, snappy, and hostile. The manager in particular has a serious attitude problem and zero professionalism. On top of that, we were obviously stereotyped because of our age, like they assumed we were going to shoplift just by looking at us. It felt like we were being judged for being young and for being a same‑sex couple. This store made us feel unwelcome, discriminated against, and profiled. I will not be coming back, and I would strongly warn other LGBTQ+ and younger customers to think twice before shopping here.
