Went to the new England Run location that opened at 10am. It was very busy but clean, organized, and the staff was helpful.
This is the best goodwill you will ever go to, and I am beyond thrilled with the amazing service I have received over the years💙💜 Everyone is super friendly and helpful and you can’t beat the kindness, positive energy, good vibes, and amazing spirit you get when you visit this store. Anton is absolutely incredible and so hard working and Ed is a wonderful human being as well. Very hard working. I’d like to put a good word in for Steve, James, and Laverne as well. Thank you for all your amazing hard work and great vibes and for making this a wonderful store to visit. I’ll always be back for more!! ❤️💙💜
Stuff was really crammed on the shelves. Some if it I was scared to pick up because something might fall off. They have higher prices on items than I am willing to may. And the books are in a hallway.
Remodeled and prices are ridiculous. Save your yourself the trouble and shop Kohl’s, Walmart or Target clearance racks and sales because this Goodwill is asking retail prices.
Went in today to look around and got three t-shirts. When the employee rang me up, he rang all three up as jackets (which are $16.99 each compared to the t-shirt price of $6.99). When I asked him if that was correct he just says there “isn’t another button to press to ring them up” but I was very confused as this was just not right…I ended up paying over $50 for THREE T-SHIRTS and when I asked my friend who had bought two t-shirts, he said he only paid about $12. So I went back in and told them that I had been rung up wrong and the employee who had rung me up argued that the t-shirts were “heavy” so that’s why he rung them up that way (which makes no sense, be serious for a second). Another employee then came over and asked what was wrong, who rung me up and then proceeded to tell me that “there is nothing we can do” and that I would need to just come back tomorrow to find out if there is any way to void the transaction. Entirely inconvenient for me as I work and don’t live close. I agreed simply out of frustration at the lack of help that was being offered and left. As I was walking out the door, the employee who had rung me up was very rude and dismissive, as if I was in the wrong for wanting to fix the issue that he has caused. I was very nice about it as well, as it was a simple mistake. My issue comes from the attitudes of those involved and the total lack of care or action being taken to help find a solution. I do not recommend going here, as they are not trained properly, obviously and have no issue charging you TRIPLE the price for T-SHIRTS.
