Love coming in and seeing a lot of new items every week. I like how most of the items are rotated through. I haven’t had a bad experience with an employee. But I’ve had an very strange encounter.. I found a couch that didn’t have a customer sticker on it for purchase-so I thought I was up for grabs and for a good price ;). Only to be told that someone purchased the couch on the 1/4 and they had to wait to sell it to see if the customer would come pick it up. I was also told that we only had 24 hours to pick up the couch.. Gag is : the couch had been there six days already… anyways lol my only issue.
Disappointed with my experience. The cashier rounded up my total without asking or explaining. It may seem small, but it’s not okay to change the amount without customer consent. I recommend everyone check their receipts carefully before leaving.
NO DRESSING ROOMS. greta goodwill but it's mostly clothes and you're not allowed to try them on, and can exchange only in seven days.
Cashier rounded me up at 16.00 adding .89. I didn't ask her to do this, I asked her wow my total is 16.00 even. This has never happened another reason not to shop at Goodwill other than their prices are too high once again she did not ask me would I like to round up. I do not round up at Goodwill I repeat I do not round up at Goodwill because of high prices.
