the prices here are absolutely ridiculous. I guess since they changed the layout a bit, they figured they could increase the prices. 4 piece glass Tupperware set for $29.99, a 12 piece is $32 on amazon. A broken flash with corroded batteries, $12. A simple tea pot $20. this store is absolutely greedy. Also, there was a rude employee running the fitting rooms, who audibly complained when I put clothes on the “reject” rack outside the fitting rooms.

I usually love Goodwill but this experience was incredibly uncomfortable. Employee 126546 hammered her fist on the changing room door while shouting more than once, and she shoved herself into the doorway to watch me gather my things. And later yelled at my friend from across the store. She was incredibly unprofessional, and I will not return to this location.

Would have been a good experience except employee/cashier 126546 (as shown on my receipt) absolutely ruined it. Three different times she yelled at my friend and I, including from multiple aisles over. Once was to tell us we weren’t allowed to open the dressing room door to get each other’s opinion despite another group doing the same thing right next to us with no admonishment. She was shockingly rude overall and we will not be returning.

I actually am not one to ever do this, but the prices at this Goodwill are *outlandish* and I would recommend to just avoid altogether — I admire and support Goodwill’s mission, but this specific location has gotten out of hand. I will be donating and shopping elsewhere from now on. $13 for a used basket?… I mean, honestly come on y’all. You’re a community-donated thrift store, not an upscale curated vintage shop.

I’m extremely disappointed with how my issue was handled at this Goodwill location. After being mistakenly charged for two items when I only purchased one, I immediately called the store and spoke with a very polite and helpful associate who confirmed the mistake and told me to come back during his shift to get it resolved. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. However, when I returned to the store, the situation took a frustrating turn. The general manager (Lisa, if I’m not mistaken) was standing by the counter the entire time, yet completely avoided addressing me for over 15 minutes. Walking around the store Instead of handling the issue directly — which involved just a $4.99 overcharge — she sent someone from corporate or loss prevention (Angel) to speak with us, treating a simple refund request like a theft investigation. There is a 30-day return policy, and I had proof of the overcharge. The manager could have easily verified my claim and resolved it on the spot, but instead chose a confrontational and dismissive approach. Her energy from the beginning was negative, and it made me feel like my time and honesty didn’t matter. It’s incredibly disappointing that a general manager couldn’t handle a basic customer service issue without escalating it unnecessarily. This was not about the money it was about principle, accountability, and respect. I hope this review serves as feedback for better training and professionalism in the future.
