This spot is by far the best Goodwill I have ever been to. Love the items they have at low prices. You can also donate all the stuff that you don't want filling up your house that you don't ever use there's a picture of the drop-off spot where you can just pull up and they'll help you unload your donations. LOVE IT!!!💕💕💕
I love this goodwill location. Every body was very attentive and ready to help. And the manager store was super nice and help me and helped an old couple to complete their shopping carrying their furniture to the cashier. That's a wonderful costumer service passion. And example to his employees. He was so helpful all the time. Ohh and loved my half moon table. It looks great on my patio
Great selection, but no fitting rooms and return policy is for store credit only. Doesn’t make logical sense for a store that is 90% clothing. If these things were changed that would be awesome!
No dressing rooms. I just spent close to an hour looking for items I needed for an upcoming trip, only to find out they've done away with their dressing rooms. I guess they assume everyone has the resources (money and time) to buy things without trying them on and returning them within the return period window. Feels like another example of corporate greed making things more inconvenient for customers in order to line their own pockets. No thanks.
I’m not here to bash anyone but today there was a young man working the register and continuously playing with his spit and hocking loogies LOUDLY only to swallow them and repeat the disgusting process over 10 times in the 20 minutes I was in there. He then proceeded to duck behind the register and pick his nose fiercely right before handling someone’s items and touching the register without washing his hands. I put my clothes back and left the store. If employees are sick they should be sent home promptly. Also the lack of dressing rooms is 👎🏽
