Staff are lovely, clothing is gorgeous, and everyone is always willing to help you find a fitting room or choose a new outfit!!!
fair market prices are what you should expect at this location. If they price any cheaper resellers and scalpers would feast.
I had no idea this place existed until today. There used to be a “boutique” Goodwill in Newport on the Oregon Coast that I loved to walk through and see what arrived. It might still be there, but it’s been years. This one one in Eugene is a cute place with unique items. Totally worth the stop! 5 stars. Oh… and parking is right next to the shop, so not too much walking to get there and that’s a plus too.
The prices are an absolute joke. $15 for a Starbucks mug?! That’s what they are brand new. They’re selling target brand items for more than you can probably get it at target too. That’s not “boutique” items. We expected higher end clothing brands for a reasonable price. A lot of the stuff is not even in good shape, it’s heavily used.
$20+ for a used carhartt tee? Ridiculously overpriced for basic and outdated items that were donated to them for free… not sure how goodwill is managing to get away with their “boutique” store scam. Store set up was really cramped and it was hard to navigate through the store with other shoppers.
