I LOVE this goodwill!! No joke I come here every weekend and find the cutest home décor and kitchen items. I’m an Anthropologie girly so the fact that I can find stuff I love for so inexpensive is amazing. I’ve recently started looking at the clothes too and I’ve found some cute items all for under $5. If you spend $35 you get $5 off. When people come over they can’t believe how much cute stuff I have from Goodwill! Their glass selection is amazing. The staff is so nice and they have nice clean large dressing rooms and bathrooms! Very easy to donate items out back as well.
I stopped in recently while I was in town and needed to find some clothes for my new job. The store was clean and organized, it was very easy to find what I needed. Manager Tyler was very friendly and helped me find a few things and the checkout process was quick and efficient. Everyone at the store was polite and professional, 5 star Goodwill location! I will be stopping back in next time I visit Cleveland! Please commend your staff on running an excellent store!
Love love love this location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful; Sabrina especially. She is always so welcoming and makes my experience great. I find my best items here. My go to thrift store in the area!
I came in tonight 30 minutes before close to grab last minute gifts and look around and found so much cool stuff, and its all organized so easy to find what youre looking for. But I have to say, the best part really was the staff, I had one of the best customer service interactions with the associates at the front end. I didnt catch names, but who ever worked the closing shift 12/22/25, so sweet and easy to talk to, and very friendly. They were atentive and just over all made it a really nice quick stop.
First time at this specific Goodwill. Excellent customer service everything is clean. Prices are excellent. They have plenty of kids toys and a lot of women’s clothes.. not too many items for men. I would definitely say that this is one of the better Goodwill stores
