Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center in Las Vegas is a staple for anyone into thrift shopping. This spot is part of the well-known Goodwill chain, famous for supporting community programs through its resale stores. If you’ve ever browsed through a Goodwill, you know it’s a place where secondhand is celebrated and donated goods get a second life. The Las Vegas Goodwill Stores location continues that tradition with aisles packed with diverse finds from used clothing to household items.
You can expect to sift through racks of clothes, including everything from casual wear to vintage pieces that catch your eye. It’s a good place to score basics or quirky vintage clothing if you’re patient. Books and media often show up here too, making it a spot worth dropping by more than once.
The mix changes often, which keeps each visit interesting. The fact that it doubles as a donation center means the stock turnover is pretty quick, and variety ranges widely from one day to the next. I just love this goodwill... The location is fantastic near Durango and the 215. If you're lucky, you can show up on a day when they've had a bunch of solid furniture donated and you can choose amazing solid wood pieces for around twenty dollars! The clothing selection is great, and there's a decent amount of shoes. This is a very popular goodwill, however, so be prepared for a crowd. Lately, i've been stopping in once a week to see what furniture They have on offer UPDATE: stopped by there today... Looking for a bookshelf... Ended up purchasing three high end business blazers (Anne Klein, Calvin Klein) and a pair of gorgeous victorian style boots for my teen daughter. It's a great location for a professional wardrobe
I just want to say thank you to Devon who went above and beyond to locate the strap to a shoe I purchased. You have truly made my birthday trip a great one just by that small gesture. I appreciate you!
I just started going to this Goodwill store and have been there a number of times so far. It is a medium sized store. Employees are friendly, but you are not going to get greeted when you come in and you’re not going to get greeted, as they pass you by. They seem much too busy working to acknowledge one,but if you ask for help, they will help you and none have been rude. Store may not have much ( Depending what you are looking for and other times full of stuff. Overall a nice, good , clean , safe store to shop at. :))
On Mondays where everything in a certain color tag is $1, employees remove items from shelves with that tag color on purpose. I've seen them do it many times. Today, there were 3 employees rushing to clear out all green tag books, today's $1 tag color. I've seen stickers left on items from other vendors & the goodwill sticker is 4xs the amount. A complete ripoff for people on a fixed income trying to make their money stretch. And these items were DONATED FREE.
Really disappointed in all goodwill locations... They seem to have just been going on a money hungry route... Things that are being donated and still have "DONATED" price tags read one price or have a price written on the item yet then I see goodwills price which they mark it up and prices have been going up like crazy which is why I have slowly but surely stop going to all goodwill locations and stop supporting this company... Wish it went back to reasonable prices for items being donated and not how it feels now with everything overpriced. Store was recently opened so the atmosphere was nice....
