SEPT 17, 2025, I received excellent service from 2 of the employees, which helped me get a night stand, that I needed for my 10 gallon fish tank. I really needed it. I have been stressed because of some things that happened recently. In this world where things are not going well for many people, I sure appreciate all the help I can get. A beautifully kept store, great prices, and kind and efficient customer service. So much gratitude to all.
EXCELLENT store!!! So well maintained, neat and easy to shop! 🥰 Honestly probably my favorite Goodwill I've ever shopped at. Great selection and assortment of items in fantastic condition. I also really liked the custom Goodwill merchandise they had (the T-shirts are so cute!). They also have a designated area to plug in electronics to make sure they work. The staff is really nice and helpful! 😊
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Store manager TIFFANY is a joke, and provides poor customer service. (You can do better goodwill) I attempted to buy a set of 4 chairs and because someone had removed the tag, they refused to sell to me. I asked to speak to the supervisor, he said there was no ticket, I asked to speak to the store manager (Tiffany) she said she couldn’t sell to me because of the policy. (The employee who tagged the chairs himself even told Tiffany that he had tagged them.) I explained to her and showed her my flight in the morning. She said she couldn’t make an exception. I asked to speak to who was over her which was her district manager. She said in a sarcastic tone “you can call her.” Didn’t offer the number, so I asked her to call. Tiffany called and the first thing she stated in a sarcastic tone was “I have a customer refusing to take no for an answer.” I can not even confirm who she called was the district manager. I explained to Tiffany that I didn’t refuse to take no for an answer, I was asking for an exception to the policy since I leave at 0645 and won’t be back to Monday. The fact she lied to her district manager and basically called me a liar to my face is beyond poor customer service. I understand the policy, I simply asked for an exception. Don’t call your customers liars while standing in front of them. I will not return to this location and I highly encourage everyone to not come here and do not donate to this location. There are other locations who are way more professional and deserving of your donations and purchases.
Came in January 21, 2026. I will no longer support. Goodwill is not a good place to shop second hand. This is suppose to help individuals and families out there that are struggling. The prices are ridiculously high. Do you honestly want me to pay $8.99 for USED jeans from brands like Target and JCPenny. Same goes for women’s dresses, all high priced. All I see is Fashion Nova, SHEIN and cheap third-party Amazon. Everything branded and good quality has already been picked out before hitting the racks. Everything good goes to their online store for PROFIT and the rest to the “war bins”.
More like BADwill. The only thing this place WILL do is go out of business. For a place that is NON PROFIT, these prices are OUTRAGEOUS! The staff has NO idea how to price items. Horrendous location. DO NOT SUPPORT!
