They are a wonderful! The way that June, Jade, Tina, and Dee have helped me and my friends is incredibly impactful. They can help with certifications, education, homelessness and more.
I've been working with Jade for several months and she and the Employment services team have gone above and beyond to match my effort and give me the things out of my reach that I needed to succeed. I can't thank or recommend them enough. A+
Had a great selection staff was friendly customer service can’t wait to get back.
I'll change my review when someone actually answers the phone. I've called at least 10+ times trying to get someone to answer the phone. The manager Rex at the Topeka 21st Street location is abusive to customers and employees. He needs to be reported immediately. He was outright disrespectful and caused one girl to quit on the spot thanks to his abusive rude behavior. He even told one customer that he didn't have time for him to his face. He was walking through the store loudly complaining about his employees on a personal phone call. When three women confronted him about his horrible shocking behavior he rolled his eyes and glared. Storming around and saying nobody understood how bad everyone was. Literally everyone but him was helpful and kind. He absolutely doesn't need his job there anymore. I'll call tomorrow morning and update the review if I get help, but the whole experience was horrifying.
If i could give this a 0 star review i would. This is ridiculous. I purchased a package online on the goodwill online website and i recommend no one order or have anything to do with this goodwill. I purchased this purse online 4/3/25 for some reason fedex didn't deliver my package. They continued to tell me i have to pay shipping costs again. I think that is unacceptable since it wasn't my fault that the package got sent back. Mind you i had the same problem with another goodwill and they sent it back no problems at all. Then i proceeded to tell them that i would rather get a full refund. AND THEY TOLD ME "we either receive the payment for the new label or your WHOLE purchase is considered a charitable donation". I didn't sign up to donate $31 out of my own money to what? a goodwill that takes clothes and items that were given for free and over pricing them for homeless people that couldn't even afford it. No way. I have never had a problem like this in my whole life with online orders. I want them to be kicked off the whole goodwill online site. Even if i would have seen that they don't do refunds i would still think that meant if i didn't like the item. This is so stupid and now i am out of money for something i didn't even receive
