I shopped here for the first time today and I was impressed. The employees are kind and helpful. The store is small, but clean with a nice selection.
Pink tags were the sale today. I gave myself a budget of $20 I found at least 12 designer super fun shirts, 4 pair of Capris, 2 miniskirt, and a few dresses and a few sweatshirts. To stay within my budget I had to choose out of 12 awesome scores being 1/2 off. It was tough to choose. I kept the Gap miniskirt, Columbia skirt. I'd road trip to this Goodwill just because the quality selection was mind blowing! I could of easily spent $20 more and walked out with 5 or 6 more shirts and some capris, all designer or quality REI,Patagonia and NF.. Staff are equally as great!!
They always have a great selection. They receive 4 stars because their prices are about 15% higher than other Kansas City thrift stores.
I'm (mostly) impressed! Wide variety of merchandise, reasonably priced. Someone needs to tell them nobody will pay $60 for a used purse that has a (fake) Coach tag inside!! (Or they should at least verify authenticity) Furniture was cheap!!! I didn't look at clothes or toys, but household stuff was irresistible!
Your employees have zero self awareness. I got stared down by what i’m assuming was a male manager and three employee's like I was interrupting something while they chit chatted at the only register open. I was standing there and completely ignored for like 5-10 minutes while holding heavy items and being stared at like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Learn how to act at your job!! You aren’t interesting enough for me to have to stand there for that long listening to your conversations!!
